In this photo I am visually facilitating a conversation among a group who were meeting with the Dalai Lama.

CLIENTS INCLUDE:

The Clinton White House, Shell Oil, AT &T, Kodak, Hewlett Packard, Xerox, 3M, Boeing, Kodak, Weyerhaeuser, GM, IBM, Arthur Andersen, USDA, DuPont, and Wharton School of Business, The Dalai Lama, Southwestern Bell, Maritz, Inc. Intel,MIT, 3M, SoL Sustainability in Business, Ralston Purina, Blue Shield

When working with groups, I both facilitate and create a set of large Mindscapes during the presentations and discussions and post them around the room.  At the end of a session I explain what we have recorded and give feedback to the group regarding the highlights and themes of the session.

Mindscapes represent more than a record of what occurred, they provide a visual synthesis, lending clarity to the material and showing the way that ideas relate to one another.

This Mindscape, created at a recent workshop, was drawn on flipcharts and then captured as a digital image and sent directly to participants through their office Intranet.

The following two maps were created after a several day event.

In the mid-1980's I captured the key elements of a conference for Kodak so that each participant

would have a reminder of the event.

This Mindscape captures the key moments in a leadership training. Each person's name was adder to the winner circle after the image was photocopied so that it was personalized.
